Wildlife Information and Planning
Wildlife is not restricted to wildlife reserves and special places, it is found throughout the wider countryside and in our towns and cities.
The Biodiversity team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust works to protect and enhance wildlife wherever it is found, by positively engaging those involved in managing land, or making decisions about land use, working with a range of partners including private landowners, public bodies and local communities. The team also ensures the Trust’s work is based on sound science by gathering necessary information to monitor the status, set priorities and support the case for wildlife conservation.
