Woodland services and where to buy products 

The traditional sheep hurdle used at lambing time once provided the main outlet for coppice products. These days garden hurdles are more usual.  Arbours, charcoal, besom brooms, bean and pea sticks, firewood and gates are all examples of sustainable products produced through the management of coppiced woodland.

By showing support for local coppice produce, it is possible to maintain this historic industry and preserve the traditional management and rejuvenation of Hampshire’s ancient woodlands. For further details of products and where to buy them try the producers listed below:
