How to get there

Getting Around

Pedestrian Access: From the Filly Inn beside the A337 at Setley, walk east along the bridleway to the main entrance.

Parking: There is very limited car parking at the Sandy Down entrance (SZ 313995), at Royden Crossroads (SZ 318994), Blazemore Farm (SZ 318997) and beside Church Lane at SU 307315 from where bridleways lead into the reserve.

Dogs: Dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. There is a temporary dog exclusion zone on part of the heathland each spring and early summer to avoid disturbance to ground nesting birds and because cattle with calves are present.
