Mammal Open Day 2009
14 October 2009
The Hampshire Mammal Group committee invited their members to join them at their annual open day at Marwell Wildlife and an enjoyable time was had by all. The event was dormouse themed, and PTES staff Ian White and Jim Jones both spoke about their dormouse projects and how the species is doing in Hampshire.
Debbie King from Hampshire and Isle of Wight launched the 2009 annual mammal report which is available to download from the mammal group webpage. Natalie Rogers, Wildlife Information Officer said "the day was a real success and we would like to thank everyone for coming along and Marwell for hosting the event. We're already looking forward to the 2010 open day!"
